If anyone else has any tips for me they'd be greatly appreciated. If the issue does not occur within Windows 7/8 it's a Windows 10/Driver issue.if it still occurs it has to be an issue with the CPU.
MOUSE KEEPS RIGHT CLICKING WHEN I LEFT CLICK MAC INSTALL
If for some reason I can't find a PS/2 mouse I'll install Windows 8 instead. If this fails I'll install Windows 7 using a ps/2 keyboard (Windows 7 does not recognize any mice/keyboards via USB 3.0 ports.and my PC doesn't have any 2.0 ports.)

I'll be swapping in an old GTX 750 ti in case it's an issue with my 1080 ti drivers conflicting.

When I get home today I am going to another fresh install without installing ANY software except steam, PUBG, and nvidia drivers. (Elgato HD60 Pro, all case fans except CPU pump/fan, unplugged all front IO connections, removed M.2 drive.) Unplugged ALL non essential devices from my motherboard. Only plugged in a OEM dell mouse and keyboard. Unplugged every single device in my home with the exception of my PC and one monitor. Read online it could be an issue with other devices interfering with the mouse. Removed both sticks of RAM and tested each in single channel. (Two for Corsair mouse and two for USB device)ĭisabled one of the USB entries and one corsair mouse entry. Noticed FOUR entries in device manager for HID-Compliant Mouse. Installed Corsair iCUE and updated both firmware on keyboard/mouse. (Can be replicated in less than 20 seconds when playing any FPS game.) Tested issue, issue persists but less frequently.

Once installed I updated Windows 10 and ran a driver program to make sure all drivers were fully up to date. Unpluged HD as it has all of my data on it, did not plug it back in.) Reinstalled OS using most recent ISO of Windows 10. Replaced motherboard with ASUS Prime x470-Pro. Since my last post I've tried the following: Outside of buying a new motherboard I honestly have no idea what could be causing this issue with four different mice on several fresh installs of Windows 10 Pro. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. This occurs outside of games as well when highlighting text, moving folders, opening folders, clicking between tabs in chrome etc. It has something to do with moving the mouse and clicking left/right click at the same time. The moment I try to adjust my aim and fire at the same time the issue occurs. If I fire off 40 rounds without adjusting the target reticle all shots fire normally. The easiest way I have found to replicate this is to play training mode in PUBG. Peripherals: Blue Yeti, Logitech C922, Corsair K70 MK.2, Corsair Glaive Storage: Samsung 960 EVO 500GB, Adata 960GB SSD, 3TB HD Removed all USB devices except for the mouse and an old Dell keyboard. (Build 1809)įound an old ISO of build 1709, reinstalled the OS again.
MOUSE KEEPS RIGHT CLICKING WHEN I LEFT CLICK MAC UPDATE
Rolled back windows update from 1809 to 1803 via windows troubleshooting.Įrased internal drives then reinstalled Windows 10 using the windows creation tool. Started clean boot as well as in safe mode. Uninstalled drivers via device manager and reinstalled iCUE software. (Corsair Glaive RGB)Īfter the replacement mouse had the same issue I purchased a Steelseries 301 as well as used a Razer Naga my cousin had lying around. Not a big deal right? Probably a bad driver or bad switches.Īfter some troubleshooting I made the assumption it was probably a bad mouse.

It would not recognize when I was clicking left/right click and at times would register a click as 2-3 clicks. Ok, this one is a doozy and I am left dumbfounded at this point.Ībout a week ago I noticed my mouse was acting a bit weird. EDIT: Issue isolated to Nvidia PhysX driver.
